Building More Than Relationships

The Ohio Masonic Home Foundation has realized that Alzheimer’s disease is a rapidly growing issue in the world. With no cure in sight and a continuously increasing number of people being affected each day, our focus has centered on providing quality care to those suffering from this debilitating disease. In keeping with these thoughts we recognized to fill the need which is memory care we would need to expand our services.

The journey began with the decision to build two new memory care centers at our northern campuses in Waterville, Ohio and Medina, Ohio. Having already successfully built one at our Springfield, Ohio campus we used that knowledge to fuel the planning and construction process. As people joined our cause we began to realize we were building more than relationships with these memory care centers, we were building hope, relief and possibility.

Within our memory care facilities, we provide the opportunity for residents to continue living an enriched life. We believe that living does not stop simply because you may not be fully aware of your surroundings. We also know Alzheimer’s dementia takes its toll on more than just the person with the disease. The Ohio Masonic Home Foundation’s goal through its funding is to enable our memory care centers to provide relief to the entire family, by providing a place where loved ones can see their family member thrive.

Through your generosity we are able to continue to provide this experience in our memory care centers. The hope is that a cure is found, but the reality is that we will provide engaging and stimulating care until that day comes. Donate today and join us in building more than relationships.

Memory Care at the Communities:

Western Reserve Masonic Community

You are invited to be an everlasting part of our Connecting Realities Memory Care Center! These are exciting times here at Western Reserve Masonic Community.  The dream of a specialized facility here on our campus that will provide leading edge, compassionate care to those afflicted with Alzheimer’s and memory loss diseases is fast becoming a reality.

The Connecting Realities Memory Care Center will be a beautiful, serene home for its residents.  Just one of the many special amenities of the Center is a wide, window filled corridor that winds around the new building.  Off of this corridor is a double door entrance that leads to the outside.   This is the site of our future Tribute Patio that will be created with brick pavers.

We invite you to help us pave the way to complete the construction by purchasing an engraved, brick paver.   Your paver will be an everlasting representation of your support or to honor those special in your life.
